What We Look For:
We specialise in large-scale commodity transactions and strategic investments. Before submitting an opportunity, please ensure it includes:
- A clear summary of the offer or investment opportunity
- Verified mandate or authorisation documentation
- Key terms (volume, product specs, pricing, origin, procedures)
- Company profile and any supporting documents (e.g. past performance, licenses, or LOIs)
For investment proposals, please include:
- Executive summary or teaser
- Project location and scope
- Investment structure (equity/debt/JV)
- Proof of project ownership or mandate authority
How We Process Submissions:
All submissions are reviewed internally by our Senior Trade Coordinator.
We conduct extensive due diligence to assess:
- Seller credibility and allocation verification
- Procedural alignment with buyer/investor mandates
- Legal, compliance, and risk considerations
